Orthopedic Massage Therapy is a multidisciplinary approach to relieve pain caused by soft tissue imbalances and joint dysfunction. It focuses on the soft tissue surrounding the joints that create movement or limit range of motion. It is more specific than other massage therapies as it involves advanced and more effective techniques.

I am an New York State Licensed orthopedic massage therapist having received advanced training with Whitney Lowe, James Waslaski and John Barnes over the course of 26+ years.

My passion is helping people in pain understand the soft tissue conditions in the body that cause their pain.
